I welcome all individuals, couples, or children who are looking for support! Being from rural Nebraska, I have a passion for providing mental health services to populations that are underserved. I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with substance use challenges, anxiety, depression, life changes, relationship conflict, college-age students, trauma, and those who are neurodivergent. I view therapy as a collaborative experience and through understanding, acceptance, and exploration we can work to build a sustainable and enjoyable way of living. I completed my training through the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

In my free time I enjoy reading, going on walks, painting, and spending time with my furry feline.
