Substance Use Evaluation

Substance abuse evaluation for adults and youth to determine appropriate level of care and/or at to meet the request of employer or court.

Neuropsychological Services

Neuropsychological evaluation and consultative services for any acquired or congenital brain injury. Common reasons for an evaluation include Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), developmental disorders, and cardiovascular disease.
